=)
don't you get annoyed when you smile a smile at random times of the day which insignificant people unknowingly put on your face? >=(
Nnyeah... Me too =)
And everything is funny. And you have to come up with excuses for the lips that curved upwards unwillingly.
Bodoh. >=(

Blogging from the phone
Just to test it out. Uber malas to switch on the lappy because i just shut it down.
How have you been? Your cny? Mine wasn't too bad. We played The Amazing Race - home edition created by my aunt.
Us cousins were divided into pairs and were stopped at roadblocks to do tasks like drinking drinks and guessing what is it-blindfolded. Another one was to hum a given song and the partner had to guess what song is it. Sounds easy, but coming from a family who can't sing a birthday song without getting out of tune, it's pretty tough.
I think shed a few kg over the cny. I kid. I wish i could even shed a few grams.
If you are going outstation or to another city that requires a little bit of shopping, what bag will you carry?
Backpack n sling bag
Or
Armpit(?) bag and a shopping bag.
An arm bag is difficult to carry if you have a backpack over your shoulders.
I can't believe i finished packing the clothes within 10mins! It may seem like an easy task: pick-fold-chuckinbag but taking into consideration of the places you will go to takes a long time.
Currently working on my top-secret project. Hope results will be achieved in the long run. I would love to tell you about it because i myself am so excited i get a slight rush thinking about it. But i can't. Not that i won't. I told my mum and a cousin or two because they saw me but then i momentarily gave up because i've been so half past 6about everything, practically my whole life and the thought of them thinking "it's only temporary" or "her fire will soon die down" really puts off the steam. Don't get me wrong. Her royal highness doesn't think like that. I just wanna perfect my skills before blowing my horn. If you get my drift. If this new passion dies down, i will still tell you what is it. But you've gotta remind me. I've only got the memory of a 1gb thumbdrive and that includes storing memories of the past 21 years and 10 months.
Currently watching Autumn's Concerto. You know, the taiwanese drama starring Vaness Wu... Nnyeah... Watching a taiwanese drama for the very first time at my own will, and i must say, i did not disappoint myself. The starring does not deserve such a sissy name. 'Guang Xi' in the drama sounds fine to me. I'm talking about his real name. Waiting for cuzzies to finish the 2nd volume of 3(?) cds (approx10 eps) so that i can watch the next 3 episodes knowing i won't be left hanging by the thread. Learnt it the hard way when i watched TVB's The Four. Autumn's Concerto does not have shallow scripts unlike the K-dramas. They use symbols to represent someone or a part of the life they are going through. They speak in metaphors which gives their characters depth and intelligence. A character doesn't have to show that they can scold well to make them intelligent. The spoken metaphor/symbol of the yellow bird is so far my favourite.
No doubt they're a tad too emotional and cry at every other second but this drama gives them a reason to cry and it doesn't make you shout at the screen and fast forward before you reach another cry scene.
Cinematography is waaay better than normal dramas. Seems that much thought has been put into it. Makes you appreciate every shot at every scene.
The only downside was when i couldn't help but to laugh at the crew's reflections on the glass mirror. Pardon me but i tend to subconciously look for them. It's the thrill of seeing the camera used by the directors makes me feel more 'connected' with the drama but yet somewhat 'disconnected' because it's so potong. Haha.
That's all i've been up to. Hope i'm able to upload this post via the newphone. Baiii!

Houston, We Have a Few Problems
NUMBER ONE:
KOO-TAN are out in th 1st round. Again. 2 or 3 times this year and January hasn't even ended yet.
NUMBER TWO:
A friend of mine has been telling me stories. Like, her life is sooo happening. Some so bizarre that it is unbelievable. One of it is when she said she met up with a friend of hers, let's call him XYZ. Who happen to be a friend of mine. I knew XYZ through Jela during our secondary school days. She told me that she met him and he went to her place and they joked around and she even told me what the jokes were, how they reacted... the way they joked were like what they would say.
That very night, that friend coincidentally texted me because he was 'going through his phone book' and decided to sms me 'coz so long never sms' me. Long story short, he hasn't seen her in years.
Felt betrayed. Not in a big scale because I took her tales with a pinch of salt.
NUMBER THREE:
I regretted for not buying 2 boxes of 50 PopPops for the children. Now Thursday's kids have none.
NUMBER FOUR:
I still can't get over the fact that I was at the Malaysian Open. =D
Not a problem, but I dunno where to slot this.
NUMBER FIVE:
I dunno how to transfer pictures from my phone to the laptop so no pictures for this post. Or any other posts until i know how to work that thing.
NUMBER SIX:
i have low battery anxiety. Situations get worse especially if you have a phone that drains the living daylights of the battery. i need the portable charger that dsnt require plugs.
NUMBER SEVEN:
hehee =) bai!

Pictures from Cameron Highlands
Sorry for greeting you with my botak patch. That part of my head is most difficult to comb. This picture was taken by Queen when we were in Cameron Highlands. In December. Last year. Stale information, I know. I fail as a journalism student.

You probably may have seen those pictures on FB, but just in case you haven't, here they are.Pictures are not arranged according to date.
This is a picture of Queen pinching Hassaan's head is during the pre-production period. And yes, I was watching Community Channel on Youtube. Hassaan couldn't join us up there because his uncle from Pakistan came down for holiday and he had to bring him around since he has been in Malaysia for a few years. Meeting held in Queen's
This is a picture of Raj and Ali. I didn't know that Iran(near the Kurdish or Russian border, i kenot remember which one) has winter. We were all wrapped up in jackets while Ali walked around the Highlands in shorts. Picture taken in front of Raju's shop, Nepenthes at Tanah Rata, CH. Nepenthes is the scientific name for Periuk Kera. I think. His shop makes the best teas one could ever imagine. The teh panas is so fragrant that one could down 4 cups at one go. Even the water from the highlands tastes deelish. Unfortunately there are only 12 rivers left at CH that are A grade. Which means are not polluted.
This is me. In case you forgot. Was at the REACH office at Berinchang scanning documents and information for our documentary.
Ali and Raj operating the camera with the VIP REACH member at the background. We were interviewing him at the highest peak of CH.
In the river trying to catch macro organisms. I can't remember the exact term for it, but the existence of these living things proofs that this river is very clean therefore they can inhabit it.In the water with us are 3 apprentices trained by Dr. Liow to conserve the environment. They are Danes, a 14 year old teen(in red jacket) and siblings Melody(in shorts, checking the net) and Anthony(in red but hidden by Anugrah). Melody is in Taylors. Anugrah saw her the other day in college. Small world.
This is a picture of me behind Anugrah who is behind Marcus. Was logging the boom mike behind me. Mr. (what's his name) is a very knowledgeable man. He brought us from the micromini hole into the mossy forest and explained to us probably every single thing we can find in it. I took back a teatree leaf (where teatree oil, found in beauty products). It looks like dill. Where we went in the mossy forest is
NO.WHERE.NEAR.ANY.TOURISTY.PARTS.OF.THE.FOREST.
I kid you not. It's so deep in the jungle that one wrong turn you make may cause you to either fall down the foresty cliff or get lost in there. The REACH member was far ahead, then Ms. Mangala was behind with me. We called out to him to slow down, but he could not hear us, neither could he be heard. But the atmosphere there is so different. It's cool, peaceful and indeed the air is fresher.
We are posing in the studio. not really. This is taken in another forest where the above said river was.
The lookout tower.

All of us at the lookout tower. Minus Leen who had to go to Singapore for a dodgeball(?) match and minus Hassaan who had to be a tourguide.
From left to right: Ali, Queen, Anugrah, Raj.
The sakai in front is Marcus.

Back at college. Bored while waiting for the tapes to be digitalized.
This trip was indeed an eye opener for me. Saving the environment had never been a passion of mine, and I doubt it will ever be. But it really made me become aware of the environment and how much the condition of the earth(or CH) has deteriorated and how a little goes a long way and how people with weird characters can exist and how people poop in the river and how people at the bottom of the river drink it and how multi storey buildings are not allowed in CH but how irresponsible authorities allow developers to destroy the land and compromise the safety of the people. The list goes on.
This post is just a gist of what we did there. pictures of empty land and plants are not posted here for fear they might bore you as it did to me. i kid again. this blog should be about i, me and myself. not enough space for plants.
have a great day ahead, people.

Then she called again and said that i don't have to give that speech of mine coz someone said has already agreed before me. But I said yes on the spot wor. then you call me for what?

Or maybe not. There are probably the few favourite tracks of mine.
Instructors can either make or break or bore the tracks. I think tomorrow will be the 3rd week of RPM39 and next week they can mix the tracks again. Whee!
I wish they would put the older tracks again. New ones aren't as motivating. Track 48 is the most alien to me because the foot got fractured when this was introduced. Kinda disliking it. It's 1am now. Would like to tell you more(not really) about RPM but it's shut eye time.
Goodnight. notgonnareadwhatityped,neitheramigonnacheckordoublechecksentence,grammaretc.
Bytheway, my phone can't be switched on. Buttons rosaked. Pretty huge deal to me. =(

HOW ARE YOOOO?!!!!!
I'm very fine thank you =)
So I was thinking(not very much)...
*breaks into a song*
(8) I was thinkin bout you, thinkin bout me, thinkin bout us, what we gonna be(8)
...just a dream~
...but thinkin that... I'll be twentytwoyearsoldthisyear!!!
Never in my entire life did I think I would ever reach this age. It's like a whole mixture of "YEAY-i'm-22-now-what", or do I feel "DAMN-I'm-22-what-have-i-been-doing-my-whole-life"
heh.
What irks me at times is when I visit people's blogs, or hang out with people 'my age', I always feel like I've never matured comparing to people my age. What I think now is what I thought back in those teenage years. Look at the blog. It's full of I,Me, and Myself. Nothing about what 'grown-ups' talk about. Haha... I kid. I kid.

But seriously... hmm... maybe not. haha =D
But enough about me. How are you? =)

Heyy...
...Jay himself. This song has a music video but I chose to embed this because the translations are more meaningful than the ones I found with the mv. You probably wanna watch the this 1st before watching the mv. But if you have a pictorial/graphic memory, then you should watch the mv before reading the translations(I'm assuming that my reader/readers cannot understand mandarin)
So Pik Wah introduced me to
and I kinda sorta enjoyed it abit alot. It has a nice beat. Catchy sial. It even has a hokkien part.
and this is about...

I've never been a jaychou fan, nor a listener, but these two are superb (aside from QiLiXiang and TingMamaDeHua and a few others.Hehee).
The lyrics is apparently about himself and how tough his life has been while being a celebrity. The 1st time I listened to it while watching the mv made me fall in love with the song because I thought it was about a person who is unable to do everything as expected ie: saving the dogs etc. Manatau there is isi tersirat. How i wish i understood mandarin. It would have made it more beautiful.
So now I'm alternating both songs on youtube. One is so cheerful and the other mellow in a touching way. Both contrasting songs kinda damages the emotions if you listen to them back to back to back to back, no? You know what, screw the songs. I'll click the 'X' button on youtube.

So Convo
So I've finally decided to go for the d.i.p.l.o.m.a. convocation. Bleh.
It was a real last minute thing, actually. I even told WV that I wasn't going. But mum asked me to go... Spoke to Triangulus last night regarding alot of stuff. One was about the convocation. He told me that what he may seem as unimportant may be the world to me because he has 'gone through life' more than me. He added that the reason he will get me an iphone before himself is because he understands the 'needs' of a young adult.
=')
Back to the convocation. I dunno what came upon me or what made me decide to go. It's still a mystery. Although mum asked me to go, but I had the say of declining.

Red And Purple
Let's sing the Clifford and the Barney song.
*facepalm*
Here's the history:
That day I was in the purple mood so I wanted to dye my hair purple. Went to the hairdresser and told her that. She bleached my already dyed red hair and slopped on purple dye. Hairdresser lady told me that she has to bleach my hair for a longer time than she did for the red because the purple might turn out darker than the red if not done so.
I was so happy because I was THIS CLOSE to getting purple hair. Manatau my hair didn't 'makan' the dye, or rather the purple couldn't penetrate my bleached hair. So she had to dye my hair purple again. When she did the three batches of purple, she asked me if i wanted red in front.
Me, not understanding her weird Singapore/Johor Hokkien and Mandarin just replied her with a :"uhh...ahh...okla...chinchai laa...". And that sentence was the last sentence I ever spoke with pretty hair.
Those of you who know me know that I'm not particular with my haircut nor my hair colour. But this hair colour...
serious facepalm.Never have I walked around in embarrassment about my crowning glory. BRIGHT RED in front and nice purple behind. And she cut my fringe into that lala fringe. =(
Lala fringe nevermind. Lala hair colour ... T.T
LALA FONTS T^T
I should have stopped her. I wanted purple hair. Not purple AND red. I look like a...a...clown *bawls*
did yo notice my lala nails too?
Speaking of which, guess who bought O.P.I.'s Katy Perry in
The One That Got Away, Teenage Dream, last Friday Night AAAND Not Like The Movies!!!

Hi, this update has by no means to wish you merry christmas.

My cousin's Samsung died so I decided to be a nice cousin and pass her my LG KS360. Bought her the charger because I lost the original one.
Currently looking through my old messages, pictures, music, videos and personal notes which were saved in the phone and boy, did it bring back memories:
1) Petrosains.
2)Last last year's countdown. Minus the horrible people I was with.
3) Texts I typed but dare not send to this Malay guy from Petrosains who was hitting on me. Found that he deleted me from facebook not long after he left. Found him on fb again. what a chicken.
4) Texts I exchanged with a crush whom I finally after so long, had the guts to text. I said text. Not speak. I still can't bring myself to talk to him. Haha. I'm a chicken like that.
4) Texts for my Petrosains boss.
5) Texts for a buddy whom I once texted non stop but stopped because of the miniature keypads of the LG that irritated me which made me quit texting altogether. Haha. Sorry Jin. Maybe a bit of Chong and KC too. Miss you guys abit =P
6)Texts from this other Malay guy : bgn la chloe. nuisance. Emo freak. =P
7)Texts from this guy called erh...girither or something?
8) Pictures from the Penang trip.
9) aiyah so much stuff lah.
Now that you know what's in my old phone, wanna know what's in my current one? ;P
The fact that a certain smell, scent picture, font or even looking at a type of phone can bring back vivid memories of a series of events. And until now, it never cease to baffle me. Looking at the fonts of the LG phone reminds me of SOOOOO many things. So much hopes. Too many dreams...all to which I have let go. Been living on my own land for way too long. It was about time I began my journey to reality. And the journey have I begun. And the destination I shall reach
Sometimes the journey is a long walk. I do stop by for a drink. You know, to keep my sanity. But there are times where I run to get out of there. I must say, I've done a pretty good job. Although there are times where I reach a junction and blindly follow a road which led to a big circle to which I remind myself not to take again. I'm nearly there. I'm nearly there.
Oh, would you please do not look at me like that again. Seriously. What if I don't dress as nicely as you? I'm no fashionista. I'm intimidated. wth.
Guess who's got a new bag!!!
It was indeed a dilemma. The purple one was the last one, which means it is a popular choice, but the red one had so many left, which means the probabilities of bumping into a person with the same bag is absolutely rare. Decisions. Decisions.
Guess who wanted to buy the black version of this veryveryvery comfy pair of suede shoes:
...but didn't have enough money to pay for it... nearly RM400 weihh
Guess who is not sure if she should should spend RM250 on a diploma convocation.
Guess who can't pull off a chain strapped bag.
Guess who does not know what else to type on her blog.
Guess who's not wishing you a merry christmas.
Guess who's playing the guessing game.
Guess who needs a new baaaag!!!
Guess who doesn't want to tell you anymore stories.
If you can answer all of the above, I don't give a shit. Really. I was in a frickin good mood and you people had to destroy it. Way to go!
oh, and please. READ THE DISCLAIMER AT THE ABOUT ME SECTION. I'm tired of explaining myself. I'm sick of people reading this blog and taking my posts and misinterpret it out of context. You can't know a person by reading their blog. You may have a rough idea, but blogs are to enhance your knowledge on a person, once you know that type of person they are in real life. And not know a person by reading their blogs because it will make your mind assume what a person that person is, judging by an event or a post.
And fellow bloggers, I have not been blog hopping since forever. So if any of you are afraid that I may stalk you, don't.
This post supposed to start off light and end on a happy note, but idk why it didn't turn out as planned. hmm...
Still deleting messages from the LG phone. Haven't moved on to pictures yet.
have a blessed xmas.

There's a Squabble
on facebook. I believe someone who has never been in the picture dragged me into it.
Sigh. I shall clarify this over here. You know the drill. Stuff on facebook gets diverted here.
That is if i feel the need to clear things up. Or if i feel the need to jump into this. wtf moment. seriously people just have to drag you into this wtf moments.
It's like a crime to dose off in meetings. Whaaat? No meetings will be complete without me dosing off kay? Don't believe ask Marcus. And those Petrosains people. They must have been so used to it. Haha.
I'm so not in the 'i wanna smash the crap outta your ass like a squashed cockroach' mood right now, so this post shall end here.
I'm in the 'wtf did i do that i'm being pushed into the dirty river' mood. Some people don't even deserve to be in this blog to be remembered in lives.
kthxbai.
*edit*
i posted replies on fb instead. will update you guys =)
