Having a battle between your growling stomach and your consience on losing weight may cause great dilemma to the brain, lead to you banging your head to the wall and/or end up in the hospital with a concussion.
No, I do not diet. I cut down unnecessary food.
Creme Pudding, chocolates, miloaiskau, coffee, maggi tomyum, McD, full cream milk, double stuff Oreos, Maggi goreng, banana leaf rice and nasi kandar ARE NOT unnecessary. So is eating supper at 1 or 2 am.
Unnecessary food includes vege such as kailan, bitter leaves, more bitter leaves, oats and some wtf tasteless foodstuff.
