Not a fan of cupcakes but the presentation of these cupcakes is superb.
'These is' or 'these are'? 'Are' obviously follows after 'these' but 'presentation' is an abstract noun thus making it an uncountable noun, therefore it should be 'is'. Does the 'is' belong to the 'presentation' or the 'cupcakes'? I think it belongs to 'presentation'. A little help please? Me iz fusedcon. >.<
